The Lane - Boutique Residence

I loved my stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is unbeatable – just around the corner from the train station, close to bus stops, and right next to several great pubs. There are also plenty of breakfast options nearby: you can grab a pastry and coffee to go, or sit down for a full breakfast or brunch. My room was both beautiful and functional. It had the biggest and most convenient bathroom I’ve ever had in a hotel or residence within this price range. The bed was exceptionally comfortable too, and the room was spotless, which made it feel even more inviting. I realise I had a regular double room for a single person, but I did get a glimpse of the smaller rooms while they were being serviced – and they looked cosy as well! An enchanting touch: dog visits at reception! I couldn’t have chosen a better place for my first stay in Galway. Thank you to the wonderful team for making my stay so memorable. I’m already looking forward to returning!

The location was perfect and quiet. The bathroom was super clean and the shower big enough. We loved having quiet A/C. Nespresso machine&capsules in the room and a kettle for tea were a nice touch. The coffee shop in front opened early enough for us to grab a little something before going on some adventures. We felt secure with the gate and the locking doors from 9pm-9am. Hosts were super nice and professional.

Absolutely lovely place, very central in Galway and very reasonable rate. They upgraded the room when we booked for a double, at no extra charge. The staff are lovely and so helpful. Highly recommended for nice clean, comfortable room that is right in the centre of Galway, we also managed to get parking close by, which can be very difficult in Galway but they are just so helpful. For the price, it's excellent. They don't do breakfast, but this was totally fine for us, there are so many cafes nearby Highly recommended for the friendly staff, location and rooms

In a central location, only 5 minutes from the train/coach station. There are lots of traditional Irish pubs and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, spotlessly clean, and have everything that you need. Although in a central location, it is very quiet at night. I would recommend it to anyone, and we will certainly be staying there again.
